Water treatment method of machine tool:


When encountering heavy rains, for workshops with low terrain and easy access to water, waterproof measures must be taken in advance to avoid water wading as much as possible. If your machine tool has been flooded, first check the flooded part carefully and deal with it as follows:

1. Mechanical part


1. Thoroughly clean the machine tool and its components, be sure to rinse the remaining sand, it is necessary to disassemble and clean and fully dry;

2. Dry enough and lubricate with oil to avoid corrosion and affect accuracy;


3. Clean or replace the lead screw and bearing;


4. Check the pneumatic pipeline, lubricate the pipeline, and then connect it after cleaning;


5. It is recommended to use anti-rust water or grinding fluid to clean the inside of the equipment, and do a good job of anti-rust.

Second, the hydraulic part

1. The motor oil pump cannot be turned on, because the water in the hydraulic oil may enter the hydraulic piping system of the machine after turning on the motor, causing the metal hydraulic components to rust. The hydraulic motor needs to be cleaned and dried, and the measuring motor can be used without leakage;

2. Replace all hydraulic oil, wipe the oil tank clean with kerosene and a clean cotton cloth before changing the oil.


Third, the electrical control part

1. Disconnect all power supplies and turn off all switches of the machine tool;

2. Remove the electrical components in the electrical box, clean and fully dry;


3. Use a multimeter to detect whether the output of the switching power supply is short-circuited;


4. Detect whether there is a short circuit between each input and output common terminal and the signal;

5. Carefully inspect the circuit, system interface and other parts to avoid short-circuit failure;


6. Inspect the completely dry electrical components separately, and then install them and use them only after they are intact;


7. Clean the equipment transformer and use it after the measurement is normal.


8. Remove the system battery as soon as possible. After cleaning and fully drying the servo motor and control system, send it to a special agency for testing before use;


9. Servo motor connection line, power line and encoder line connector are disconnected and dried with high-pressure air before connecting;

    After the above steps are processed, re-assemble the parts and power on and test the machine. In case of abnormal situation, please shut down immediately, cut off the power supply, and contact us.
