On April 7, the inaugural meeting of Rifa Digital Labor Union was held in the conference room on the second floor of Rifa Hotel. Minister Xu of the Organization Department of the County Federation of Trade Unions, Deputy Secretary of the Group Party Committee Dong Yiguang, and Chairman of the Group's Trade Union Zheng Tinggang attended the meeting. At the same time, 55 employee representatives from various positions of the Precision Machinery Company attended the meeting and witnessed the birth of the Rifa Digital Labor Union.

    Five comrades, Liang Mingzhong, Xia Xin, Zhu Xiuzhen, Sheng Tinghong, and Li Ming, were elected at the meeting to form the first trade union committee of Rifa Digital. Liang Mingzhong is the chairman of the trade union. Yu Jinyang, Zhang Liping, and Xia Xin were elected to form a funding review committee, and Xia Xin served as the director of the economic review committee.

    Subsequently, Mr. Dong Yiguang, deputy secretary of the party committee of the group, made a speech on behalf of Mr. Wu. He talked about today’s brilliant achievements from the historical evolution of the company; from the hard work of the older generation to the expectation of the new generation; from the private workshop on the upcoming listing Opportunities brought to the company; in his speech, the company’s party committee leaders’ ardent hopes for the development of Rifa Digital were all revealed. In the speech, Mr. Dong pointed out that the establishment of a labor union is to protect the interests of employees, to do practical work for employees wholeheartedly, and to deal with labor union funds. Take it from the people and use it for the people. Finally, he believes that under the leadership of Chairman Wang Benshan, General Manager Yang Yuchao and the new trade union team, Rifa Digital's employee welfare will get better and better, and the company's development will reach a new level.

    Minister Xu of the County Federation of Trade Unions congratulated the establishment of the Rifa Digital Trade Union, and at the same time put forward three hopes for the newly elected trade union team: 1. Give full play to the role of the trade union around the development of the enterprise, and do everything possible to mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees and enrich the employees.
