On June 9th, a heavy-duty flatbed truck slowly drove out of the gate of Xinzhou Rifa Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. It was loaded with 150-ton gantry beam castings undertaken by our company. Since then, the super large castings have been officially delivered to customers.

This gantry beam casting is 17.5 meters long, 2.26 meters wide, 2.18 meters high, and has a gross weight of 150 tons. The entire casting is large in size, hollow, and thin (only 45 mm thick). The modeling lasts for one month. It adopts the integrated LCL process and is cast at one time. Forming is an extra-large casting "privately customized" by our company for customers. In order to successfully complete this order, our company through careful and thorough process design in the early stage, borrowing the pit-type core assembly method, the entire modeling, smelting, and pouring process was completed in one go, and the production and processing tasks of the large beam were successfully completed.

          The production of this 150-ton gantry beam indicates that our company has fully mastered the production process of casting super large castings. This process not only fills the blank in the casting field of Shanxi Province, but also represents the advanced level of the domestic casting industry.
