However, after the company's repeated deliberation, considering the customer's needs and the long-term -30°C temperature impact on the equipment, it was finally decided that the general manager of the division Zhong Fulai led the manufacturing staff Pan Anding and Ding Xujiang to the customer site for installation and commissioning.

The extremely cold weather and severe epidemic have brought them a great test. Under their unremitting efforts and strict protection, they successfully completed the task and returned to the company safely. They are the "most beautiful retrogrades" of Rifa Seiki, fulfill their duties and live up to expectations.

"Chinese New Year in situ" is also a kind of pay

The Spring Festival is the most important festival for Chinese people. Going home for the New Year is a complex that cannot be erased in the hearts of every Chinese. When the people of the whole country are reunited with their families, there are many people who are sticking to their posts. Tao Zongxi, Du Yingchun, and Zhu Yi, three employees of the Engineering Service Department of the Bearing Equipment Division, actively responded to the national call for on-site Chinese New Year and decided to stay in Hailin, Gansu for the New Year. On the first day of the new year, they are still working hard to install and debug equipment for customers on the front line.
