Clock EVO is equipped with a complete range of digital equipment. Its standard accessories include sensors, absorbed power load monitoring system, direct measurement system and a new computerized module "jNode-FR", which can directly collect and analyze data on the motherboard.

In addition, Clock EVO is equipped with a matrix tool magazine with MCM patented technology, which has functions such as tool holder cleaning and automatic tool loading; equipped with a tool setting instrument for turning and milling, with a tool setting accuracy of 0.005mm; equipped with RMP600 spindle measurement Head and correction device, repeat measurement accuracy: ±0.003mm; It is also equipped with a dynamic balance monitoring system and an anti-collision system. ◆RFMH63P horizontal machining center flexible production line

The RFMHP series horizontal machining center flexible production line combines the characteristics of flexibility, high dynamic performance, rigidity and precision, adopts the integrated design of the whole machine, has the characteristics of thermal symmetry structure, center of gravity drive, and spatial accuracy compensation, which can ensure the stability of the machine tool for a long time. sex.

RFMH63P horizontal machining center flexible production line, X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis speed are all 60m/min, table rotation speed is 50rpm/min, rotary axis positioning and repeatability are 5" and 3", acceleration is 6 m/s&sup2 ;, can be equipped with 10000rpm HSK-A100 electric spindle or 6000rpm BT50 mechanical direct connection spindle.

The flexible production line of RFMH63P horizontal machining center can be configured as a single-machine multi-station flexible production line or a multi-machine multi-station flexible production line composed of multiple equipment. The modular design of the machine tool enables the host to be integrated with multiple types of automation systems. The FMS flexible manufacturing system composed of horizontal machining centers, pallet warehouses, shuttle cars, and loading and unloading stations can uniformly control and manage the entire flexible production line through the JFMX system. .
