Chairman Wu Liangding, President Wu Jie, general managers of each company and all employees of the company attended the meeting. The conference summed up the company's work in 2002, commended the advanced projects in 2002, and also gave a prospect for the work in 2003.  

At the meeting, the general managers of the subsidiaries reviewed the company's work in 2002 and put forward the goals and work priorities for 2003. The performance of the companies in 2002 was relatively good. While summing up the results, the general managers put forward higher requirements for 2003. The three companies, Twisting, Spinning and Seiki with outstanding business performance, all expressed their willingness to ride the wind and waves and climb new highs bravely. Shanghai Rifa, which is slightly lacking in profit, also expressed that it would sum up the lessons of growth and give the best return to the elders in their hometown in 2003. .  

President Wu Jie made a speech entitled "Life is Short, Enterprise Eternal" at the meeting. President Wu summarized the work of the entire group in 2002. He said that 2002 was a bumper year for Rifa Group, and it was a year in which all operations and management work of Rifa Group achieved effective results. With the care and support of governments at all levels, relying on the macro environment of China's rapid economic development, and relying on the joint efforts of all employees, we have achieved the best results in the history of the group company! Sales revenue and sales return exceeded 300 million yuan for the first time, and value-added profits surpassed 40 million yuan. The seven main business objectives and several key performance indicators planned at the beginning of the year were fully completed. At the same time, President Wu put forward guiding opinions on the work in 2003. In 2003, we will continue to do a good job of basic management under the arm of the Mustang spirit. We will not judge heroes based on the success or failure of a moment, nor judge the hero based on the success or failure of one city and one pool. We need to continue to adjust the supply chain and strengthen the management of sub-suppliers; we need to continue to clarify the manufacturing model and reduce product inventory; we need to strengthen market research and change from passive to active; we need to train engineering service personnel to make their image consistent with the company; we need to improve the site Management level, reduce waste; need to establish an international trade department to expand overseas trade; need to systematically plan product development strategies to avoid blind development; need to implement an enterprise resource planning system, integrate group management; need to study mergers and acquisitions methods, and implement capital management. and many more. In short, in the new year, we still have a lot to think about, and the amount of work to be done is still huge.
