Rifa Digital has a history of six years since it manufactured the first CNC lathe. In the past six years, we have developed three series, nearly 30 varieties of CNC lathes and machining center products. The products cover a wide range and occupy a certain market share; the products are well-known in the country, and their achievements are recognized in the industry. All this is obvious to all. At the same time, through the Beijing International Machine Tool Fair in April, we have fully seen the shortcomings. Don't compare with foreign products. Even if we compare with domestic counterparts, we also have a gap. We not only make products, but more importantly, make "fine products". Just as our country was able to make "truck" a few years ago, it is now making "cars". This is a "qualitative" leap. We need to continue to innovate in terms of technology and management. More importantly, to make "exquisite products", we must work hard to improve the quality of all employees, update concepts, raise awareness, and enhance stamina. For this reason, the General Assembly Plant of Precision Machinery conducted a one-month comprehensive technical training on assembly, commissioning and process discipline to 24 new employees in March this year. Afterwards, an examination was conducted to prepare to eliminate several employees who failed to pass the re-examination. After this training, new employees generally report that the effect is good. It turned out to be blank, but now I feel like I'm in the door. Know how to do it? How can I do it well? What is the standard for good or bad? Achieved knowing what to do, there are rules to follow. The precision machinery assembly plant also requires employees to do the following: 1. In accordance with the requirements of 5S, do a solid job of on-site management and civilized production. Put an end to dirty, messy, and bad uncivilized behaviors, oppose the barbaric production methods of knocking, hitting, and bumping, and develop a good habit of being good at using your brain when encountering problems and actively thinking of ways. 2. Strictly require production according to drawings and process. At present, there is a widespread phenomenon that the assembly and debugging are not in accordance with the drawings and process requirements. Old workers do not look at the pictures, and some do not even know how to look at them. They work with experience and habits; the new workers do not use their brains. The master was wrong, and the apprentice followed. The same machine tool has different internal quality, different appearance, and even the screws used are not consistent. The craftsmanship does not strictly enforce disciplines, the technological order is reversed, and fraud is laid, which lays hidden dangers for the machine tools to be shipped from the factory. 3. The factory adheres to the responsibility system of doing a good job of quality tracking and clarifying who assembles and who is responsible. Fill in the process control card carefully. Those employees who have always been serious and responsible for their work and who produce few quality complaints should be rewarded heavily. 4. Encourage employees to study diligently, be willing to study, and strive for excellence in technology. Those who have innovation in their work and can make reasonable suggestions shall be rewarded heavily. Through the previous stage of work, with the improvement of the technical quality of the employees, the improvement of product quality, the creation of the "brand" of Seiki, and the establishment of a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the company.
